We ship all Bushborn orders via Australia Post. Every order is packed carefully and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders over $100 AUD. No code needed.
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number once your order has been lodged.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Bushborn is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Every Bushborn piece is handcrafted from reclaimed timber — no two are alike. We take care to ensure every order leaves us in perfect condition. If something isn't right, we want to know.
Returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis. We're a small, handcrafted business and we genuinely care about every customer's experience. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us directly — we'll do our best to make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please email us with a photo of the damage and your order details within 7 days of receiving the product.
Because each piece is handcrafted and one of a kind, we are unable to guarantee a standard change of mind return policy. However we encourage you to reach out — we're reasonable people and we'll always try to find a fair resolution.
Fragrance products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Our returns policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the fault is minor, we may choose to repair or replace.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Every Bushborn diffuser is inspected before it leaves us. Our warranty covers craftsmanship defects — the things that are within our control.
Bushborn warrants each diffuser base against defects in craftsmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This includes structural defects in the timber base and faults in the finish that were present at the time of purchase.
Our warranty does not cover:
— Normal wear and ageing of natural timber and resin finishes
— Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or exposure to excessive moisture
— Natural variation in timber grain, colour, and texture — these are features, not faults
— Fragrance products once opened
— Reed deterioration over time — this is expected and normal
Bushborn bases are made from reclaimed native eucalyptus timber. Each piece will have its own unique grain pattern, colouring, and character. Variation in appearance between pieces is expected and intentional — it is not a defect. Product photos are representative only.
To make a warranty claim, please email us with your order number and a photo clearly showing the defect. We will assess your claim and respond within 3 business days.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
All Bushborn diffuser bases are handcrafted from reclaimed native eucalyptus timber. Due to the natural and handmade nature of our products, each item will vary in appearance. Product images are representative only. Variation in grain, colour and texture is expected and is not considered a defect.
Fragrance products contain essential oils. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored by Bushborn.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUSHBORN COLLECTIVE PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
